INSTRUCTORS AND CREDENTIALS

 Teaching CPL / CCW Classes and firearm related programs in Michigan, and empowering the public is the mission of Educational Assistance Group, Inc.  Our instructors have a total of over 75 years of experience in the law enforcement field, 

holding impressive positions and acquiring numerous certificates and awards for their dedication to their field of law enforcement.  Our instructors each have an average of 20 years training police academy cadets in basic firearms and basic firearms related subjects.

 Our instructors and staff believe that the citizens of the state of Michigan, have a right to keep and bear arms under both the Michigan and the United States Constitutions.

1.  Retired as Detective Sergeant, Clinton County Sheriff's Department;

2.  Currently employed at the Mid-Michigan Police Academy as Police Academy Firearm's Instructor (20 years plus);

3.  NRA Certified Instructor, Certified Home Firearms Safety, Certified Pistol, Certified Rifle, Certified Shotgun, Certified

    Personal Protection in the Home Instructor, Certified Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor and Range Safety Officer;

4.  MCOLES Certified CPL / CCW  Instructor: MCOLES MASTER POLICE INSTRUCTOR

5.  Range Master at Clinton County Sheriff's Department (28 years);

6.  Certified by the Michigan Commission on Law Enforcement Standards,

7.  Certified Glock / Sig Sauer / Smith & Wesson Revolver / Colt Pistol / Colt Rifle and Machine Gun 

    and Remington Shotgun and Rifle Armorer;

8.  Certified Civilian Taser Instructor,

9.  MCRGO Certified Concealed Pistol License Safety & Training Instructor.

1.  Commander and Sergeant of the Lansing START (SWAT) Team (Special Tactics and Rescue Team) (retired);

2.  Currently employed at the Clinton County Sheriff's Department;

3.  NRA Certified Instructor, Certified Home Firearms Safety, Certified Pistol, Certified Range Safety Officer, Certified Personal

     Protection in the Home Instructor and Certified Personal Protection Outside the Home Instructor;

4.  MCOLES Certified CPL / CCW Instructor; MCOLES MASTER POLICE INSTRUCTOR

5.  Full-time Range Master Lansing Police Department for 6 years (retired);

6.  Certified Armorer for Glock / Colt Rifle and Machine Guns /  Remington Shotguns and Rifles and HK Rifles; 

7.  Currently employed at the Mid-Michigan Police Academy as the Coordinator for the Firearm's Training Program and has

     (25 years plus) of Police Academy Firearm's Instructor experience;

8.  Certified Civilian Taser Instructor; 

9.  MCRGO Certified Concealed Pistol License Safety & Training Course Instructor.
